Traveling festival 2019

We invite your collective for participation in festival "Traveling festival 2019" which will take place 21-23/03/2019 in Krakow (Poland).
1. Participants of festival:
1.1. Children's and youthful dancing collectives of all genres;
1.2. Children's and youthful vocal collectives of all genres.
1.3. Participants age groups: 5-11; 12-18; 19-25 years.
2. In each collective there are less 8 persons. Participants of festival, vocal ensembles sing two songs (dancing collectives two dances). Duration of each number no more 4 minute.
3. All participants get diplomas and festival souvenirs.
4. The program of festival and financial conditions of participation:
4.1. Two night in 3*** hotel, food (2 x breakfast, 2 x supper);
1 day (21-03-2019)
Arrival to hotel from 15:00;
20:00 supper, night in hotel;
2 day (22-03-2019):
8:00-10:00 breakfast in hotel
10:00-12:00 arrival on festival, registration, sounds check;
12:00-15:00 FESTIVAL in "NCK" culture house (www.nck.krakow.pl)
20:00 supper; night in hotel;
3 day (23-03-2019):
8:00-10:00 breakfast;
departure of collectives till 12:00;
Price (for the participants, accompanying, leaders): 79,- Euro/person, (on 15 persons +1 free)
5. Wishing to take part in festival collectives till 01-02-2019 to organizers should send: entry form, two photos from concert activity of collective. After acknowledgement on entry form reception transfer into organizers account advance payment 15,- €/person.
