"Travelling festival 2018"

T A L L I N N

We invite your collective for participation in festival "Travelling festival 2018" will take place 27-28 of October 2018 in Tallinn in the culture house "Salme".

1. Participants of festival:
1.1. Children's and youthful dancing collectives of all genres;
1.2. Children's and youthful vocal collectives of all genres.
1.3. Participants age groups: 5-11, 12-18, 19-25 years.

2. In each group is minimum 8 people. Participants of the festival, vocal ensemble performs two songs (dance groups perform two dances). The duration of each number no more than 4-x min.

3. All participants are awarded by diplomas and festival souvenirs.

4. The program of festival and financial conditions of participation:

1 day (2018-10-27).
festival rehearsal;
Festival;
dinner;
night in hotel.

2 day (2018-10-28).
Breakfast in hotel;
(check out from hotel till 12:00);

Price (for the participants, accompanying (or driver), leaders):
Applications till 01-06-2018 - price 59,- Euro/person - I-stage (on 15 persons +1 free)
Applications till 01-10-2018 - price 60,- Euro/person - II-stage (on 15 persons +1 free)
Cost of transportation is paid by participants of festival.

5. Wishing to take part in festival collectives to organizers must sent: application form, two group photographs. After confirmation of receipt of the application transfer  advance payment 100,-€/group.
