Travelling Festival 2024

FESTIVAL REGULATIONS

We invite your group to participate in the international vocal and dance festival "Travelling Festival 2024. Prague," which will take place on November 16, 2024, in Prague (Czech Republic) at the "Domovina" Cultural Center.

1. Festival Participants:
1.1. Various dance styles (street, show, contemporary, stage, entertainment, folk) children and youth dance groups;
1.2. Various children and youth vocal groups: studios, pop choirs, show groups, ensembles performing popular music;
1.3. Choirs (girls', boys', mixed)
1.4. Instrumental groups;
1.5. Groups of original genre;
1.6. Participants are divided into age categories: up to 11 years; 12-18 years; from 19 years.

2. Festival Program:
2.1. Festival participants perform two pieces, with a total performance time not exceeding 8 minutes.
2.2. Vocal groups perform their program optionally with a "plus" or "minus" soundtrack.
2.3. Each group consists of no fewer than eight members.

3. Festival Schedule for November 16, 2024:
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM - rehearsals
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM - FESTIVAL
6:00 PM - Awards ceremony
Depending on the number of participants, the organizers reserve the right to change the schedule.

4. Festival participant fee is €25 per person.
Upon request, we will provide full assistance with travel and accommodation arrangements.
The approximate cost of accommodation with breakfast and dinner (for children in triple or quadruple rooms) is €40-50 per night per person, for adults (accompanying) in double rooms €50-60 per night per person.

5. Travel and accommodation expenses are to be covered by festival participants themselves. (To save on transportation costs, you can cooperate with other groups from your city or cities along the way to the festival, whose contacts will be provided by the festival organizer).

6. Groups wishing to participate in the festival must submit: an application, two high-quality group photos reflecting their stage activity.
Applications are accepted until October 15, 2024.

7. The duration of the festival concert is limited, so groups will be selected based on the date of application submission. The acceptance of applications may be suspended if the festival concert time is fully booked before the final application deadline.

8. The group leader submitting the application transfers an advance payment of €100 per group within three days of the application submission date. The remaining amount is payable according to a schedule negotiated with each group individually.
